The All-Star game between the Manitoba Sr Team and the SMBL All-Stars has been cancelled. The game was slated to be played Saturday, July 7, 2001 at Moose Jaw, SK.
The SMBL All-Star game that was to be hosted this year by the Moose Jaw Millers, has been cancelled. The Manitoba Senior League team from Winnipeg, MB confused dates and already have prior commitments. They have shown interest in trying to play the SMBL All-Stars next season. All-Star players are voted on by all SMBL teams. The player with the most votes for a specific position is placed on the First Team. The runner-up is placed on the Second Team.
